Synopsis

A horror-tinged series about an evil sheriff who has supernatural powers and uses them to control the citizens of a South Carolina town named Trinity.

Broadcast History

"American Gothic" aired on the CBS broadcast network. It premiered September 22, 1995. 22 episodes were produced, but only eighteen aired during the original network run. The remaining four episodes were later aired on the Sci Fi Channel in 1998.

"A Tree Grows in Trinity"

"Strong Arm of the Law"

"Inhumanitas"

Merlyn appears to Lucas and announces that she has come to destroy him, causing the sheriff to sense fear for the first time.
