Synopsis

Miracles are investigated by an organization, which includes a young man (Skeet Ulrich) who worked for the church, a former Harvard professor (Angus MacFadyen) and a onetime policewoman (Marisa Ramirez).

Broadcast History

"Miracles" premiered on ABC in January, 2003. Thirteen episodes were produced, but ABC only aired six. The other seven have not been aired on U.S. television.

Paul and Alva visit a New Jersey real estate office that seems to be haunted by the ghost of an agent’s dead son. Meanwhile, an unexpected visitor to Paul’s apartment deepens his need to find answers.

When a childhood friend from the orphanage where he grew up receives a letter from her dead father, Paul decides to trace its origin. The trail leads to a multiple murderer on death row who claims God has willed him to help his victims communicate to their loved ones.

While the team is investigating a TV psychic (Canadian actor Peter Outerbridge) who claims to be able to communicate with the dead, Evelyn’s son Matty disappears. Meanwhile, Paul is haunted by apparitions of Tommy Ferguson. He believes Tommy is trying to tell him something – but the only way to find out … is to die.
